The Finnish technology conglomerate Gasmet manufactures world-class gas analysis systems and emission monitoring solutions with over 30 years of experience. Gasmet wanted to update and clarify its sustainability strategy and chose Hovi Creative and Enne Consulting as its expert partners.

A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH for creating a strategy
We initiated the project by assessing Gasmet's current state of responsibility work and benchmarking it against other industry players' sustainability actions. We also provided sustainability training for the staff, delving into the future EU sustainability regulations and requirements.
A Crystalline vision GUIDes sustainability WORK
In workshops with the client's team, we identified risks and opportunities from a sustainability perspective, set sustainability objectives and metrics, and created a roadmap for achieving the goals in the coming years.
