KAROLIINA HOVI
Hovi Creative is driven by its founder and sustainability strategist, Karoliina, who brings over 15 years of experience in sustainability, retail, and marketing. With a diverse background as a development manager, trend forecaster, and designer, Karoliina possesses a deep and holistic understanding of the needs for a more sustainable business.
Karoliina holds an MA from Aalto University's International Design Business Management and Creative Sustainability programs, which have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to drive sustainable practices forward. Her passion for sustainability, combined with her talent for creating compelling communications, led her to establish Hovi Creative.

Anniina mustalahti
Anniina is a communications consultant with strong sustainability expertise. She has worked with listed and international companies to develop their sustainability communications and reporting (GRI).
